Sleeping beauty and her little people.

Little Miss Elliana is getting bigger and smarter by the day. She loves to hide and scare you (thanks dad for teaching her that), jump on the bed, be silly by making funny faces and noises and of course play with her Little People, which are miniature plastic dolls that you collect. They come in all different types and themes. They have construction sites, barns, houses, schools etc. We have the school bus and the house which came with a dining table and chairs. She likes to set all her little people up around the table and it's pretty funny watching her interact with these "people". A couple nights ago she took her dinner plate and sat with her little people around the little table on the floor and shared her dinner with them.
She is talking more and more everyday! She gets very excited about things. She will gasp and drop her jaw when she hears or sees something exciting. I don't know how many times a day we hear "Watch this" or "Look at me." Elli will yell at you till you watch and look at her, too. Her sentences are developing daily. She LOVES the movie Cars and watching golf with dad. Last night Ryan was watching Big Break on the golf channel and she was very upset that it ended. She kept pointing at the TV (or TB as she says) whimpering, "GOLF, DADDY! WHERE'D GOLF GO?" We have also attempted watching Little Nemo, Ratatouille and Madagascar, but Cars is still her favorite. She is sitll a HUGE fan of the TV show on Nick Jr. called the Wonder Pets. She loves Gogurts (which are yogurts for kids), noodles, pretzels, cookies and candy. She is very particular about her shoes and will only wear her purple crocks or her flower flip flops. She screams when you take off her PJ's because she loves "jamas". She is getting really good at dressing and undressing herself (unfortunatly at any time or place). Every night we read a book or two. A couple favorites are Dr. Seuss's "GO DOGS GO" and Margret Wise Brown's "Goodnight Moon." Our new challenge is to get her fully potty trained over the next few weeks.
Silly girl!
