Update...Update..Read all about...haha

Hello everyone! Just thought I would drop in and give a little update about our life! Things are wonderful here. Weather has been BEAUTIFUL! Now that I am traveling for work, I feel a bit more appreciation for the consistent weather here in Vegas. We don't have to put as much thought into our day to day attire as you do, in other places across the US. Don't get me wrong, being able to see the foliage in the East Coast and having the brisk chill in the air I so do miss. THE REAL FALL SEASON!

I will try to get some pictures up of Elli soon. She is just running around so much it is hard to get good ones. She is really talking a lot these days. Some of her favorites words are Mama, Dada, Mya, Shoes, Hi, Bye, Night Night, Dog, Hot, Water and her favorite of course is - NO. Plus a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo we can't make out yet. She plays and plays and plays! Peek a boo, throw and chase a ball, pushing chairs around the house, all kinds of things. She LOVES the outside and anytime she hears a plane (no matter where she is) she runs outside and points to the sky and jibers stuff. It is great to see her and Noah (my best friends son) play. Though they get into there little tiffs sometimes, overall they are HILARIOUS to watch. Elli loves Mya to death. Everyday she chases Mya around the house trying to hug her. Elliana has just developed so much and continues to daily.

She still has some dermatitis on her faces that concern us. We are at the dermatologist every 2 to 4 weeks trying new ointments and remedies. Overall its getting better though and hopefully it will be gone soon.

My job is going GREAT! Lovin it! I feel I have a good handle on the work now and still learning lots. Love the new challenges and responsibilities. Ryan is doing great when I travel. He has turned into being Mr. MOM. I have one more long training trip after Thanksgiving and then a normal schedule will start. I won't have to travel for such long periods at a time. The company and people are really positive and encouraging. In the past 2 months I have been to NYC, CT, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Mass. I will be going to Baltimore and Houston this next go around. In January I go to Atlanta for a few days. In March Seattle & Portland (YEAH for the WEST Coast travel).

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Kelly and Blake are arriving Wednesday night. It will be nice to have them here...to babysit...just kidding! Yesterday (Sunday)....we went over to Penny's House (Tim's sister's house) for a BIG FEAST since their mom is in town visiting from Alaska till Wednesday. It was great fun. We sang Karaoke, laughed, drank, and of course ate way too much.
Hopefully I will get some pictures during Thanksgiving to share. To you all - HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Miss you and love you all!

Elli as a Parrot (kind of)...

So, this Halloween was super special. Elli had Grandma & Grandpa Morris in town plus Great Aunt Judy, Great Uncle Dan and second cousin Kenleigh. We all decided to go to Town Square where they have a Halloween event called safe street. It was PACKED. We met up with a group of our friends. We were so excited to have all the kids together. There are four little ones now in our circle of friend. They are all within 2 years of one another. I was bummed I didn't take good pictures at all and I missed one of precious little Mia in her pumpkin costume. I am waiting for some pictures so, hopefully I can get some better ones up here. Plus Kenleigh's little devil girl costume was GREAT! As for our little Parrot...definitely wasn't her favorite costume. Note to self for next year (nothing with a head piece). Ryan and I spent most of our time chasing after Elli and trying to calm her down from her fussy tatrum (probably since mom picked out a costume she hated) hahaha. But we have to laugh about it now.
