It's the NAME GAME!

Many of you have already asked about names. Yet we haven't decided on just one we have narrowed it down to 3. Note, we may be pursuaded w/ other names. These are not the FINAL 3, more or less what we like now. We have decided 100% the middle name will be John. As you may know Ryan and I are sappy and really find importance in giving our children names affliated/ connected with the both sides of the family. John is my father and his Grandpa West's first name.

Now no particular order here is our current top 3 names:

  • Micah - Michael is Ryan's dad's first name. We thought Micah was a cool name that had a modern twist but still connected w/ the family. Plus there are to many Michael's already on Ryan's side,we needed to change it up a bit if we were to go with the "MIKE" based name. :)

  • Camden- We actually just found out this was Ryan's grandfather's middle name on his dad's side. We really loved this name and the fact it was his Grandpa Roy's!

  • Dexter - This name is one we have really, really liked for a while. It was one of our boy names we picked when we didn't yet know Elliana was yet a girl. It has no relation to the family but we like it a lot. We would call him Dex or D.J. (Dexter John).

We still have plenty of time but that is what we are thinking for now.

Love the name Camden. Dustin is also an old family name. Hannah and Thomas Dustin lived in Haverhill, MA in the 1600's. She was captured by indians and he saved their 12 children. She is the first women in the United States to have a statue erected after her. The last Morris to use the name Dustin was my Dad's cousin. Having said all of this, I still like the name Camden...

All 3 are good choices! I vote (well, if you are taking votes) for Micah or Camden. Based on the due date I would suggest: Eleven and Kelly said Once (ohn-say)! :)
